Now Hugh Jackman is back on set of "Real Steel" from New York where he and Deb attended a screening of Twentieth Century Fox's "Love & Other Drugs" at Regal East Hampton Cinema on September 5, 2010 in East Hampton See pictures from the event . Sundance Channel and GREY GOOSE Entertainment® announced the return of ICONOCLASTS for its fifth season. The critically-acclaimed program, described as "one of the best documentary series on television,” by USA Today, will feature iconic names in film, food, science and culture as part of the series’ fifth season. The first episode will debut on the Sundance Channel, Saturday, October 2nd at 9pm et/pt.
"When you look at the 60 people we’ve covered in Iconoclasts over these five seasons you see a roster of some of the brightest and most creative stars in the worlds of the arts and entertainment, business and community. And the unique and intimate format of this show allows us to not only understand their work, but to be inspired by their risk-taking and originality,” comments Sarah Barnett, EVP and General Manager of Sundance Channel.
Daniels reveals that financing is now in place along with the cast but he has his own reservations saying, "The script is in, the actors are there, some of them are stars. The money is there, it's just a matter of whether I'm able to do it right now. Is it the one for me? I'm just trying to figure it out for me, right now. Is it the right piece?" Please read more here. Hugh makes a quick cameo in this video by his friend Kristian Anderson, a 35-year-old dad of two from Australia who was diagnosed with cancer.
In the clip, Kristian tells his wife how much he loves her and how he appreciates her support as he fights the disease. Hugh backs him up, saying, “He loves you!” to Rachel.

"Basically, I'm 35, married and have two sons - Cody (nearly 4) and Jakob (nearly 2). We live in Curl Curl on the northern beaches. Rach and I have been married for 7 years. She's from Auckland and I'm from Perth. We met in 2001 at a creative arts college we were attending. We dated for ten months, engaged for 2 months and then married in June 2003.

A couple of weeks ago we heard that David Slade (30 Days of Night, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) was on the verge being named the director of Fox’s upcoming sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. It was down to him and Robert Schwentke (Flightplan, Red), but word on the street was that Slade had the inside track and that the studio was really pushing for him. Now this week it seems that Schwentke has taken himself out of the running, but a pretty interesting name has been added to the mix at the last minute. Could Darren Aronofsky steal the job out from under David Slade’s nose?

Hi! Everything is fine with Hugh and us as well, but there're not a lot of news on him, just some awesome remarks. First of all, we must note that "Real Steel" was filming at Сobo this week. On the 25th of August Jess Platt, Hugh, his mom and nephew visited a baseball match (Tigers vs. Royals) and Hugh was interviewed by Mitch Albom for The Mitch Albom show (you may listen to the podcast). Tomorrow Hugh's going to attend One Team, One Community Gala in MotorCity casino Hotel in Detroit which is organized by Ilitch Charities. Also read an article about filming last weekend.
